Join the Leader
San Diego Magazine has a dynamic and talented group of employees. We believe in mixing creativity and passion with a goal for financial success and produce publications that lead the industry in the marketplace. Our goals are to continue to lead and have our employees grow with us.

Our Culture
As an enthusiastic group, our employees enjoy working together and constantly look to one another for ideas and inspiration. Teamwork and collaboration are at the core of our success.

With a deadline-driven environment, we balance the stress of immediate demands with great benefits and employee incentives. One example is our monthly TGIO ( Thank God It’s Over). Held every month following our final day of shipping files to the printer, TGIO is an opportunity for employees to celebrate success by ending the workday at noon. Our culture is built on these components, which are the greatest benefits we offer to our employees.
